Broker Post-Licensing Classes
Licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle are required to complete 45 Hours of Post-License Education. The 45 Hours is composed of three (3) 15-hour, 2-day course modules consisting of Risk Management & Discipline, Transactional Issues, and Applied Brokerage Principles.
You must have been issued your license prior to taking these courses.

Designation and Certification Classes
These classes will earn NAR Designations or NAR Certifications following completion of the class and any furhter requirements from NAR. These classes may also earn CE Credits toward your license renewal.
